Your custom packaging supplier

Publifood sources, prints and delivers packaging carrying the brand of restaurants, caterers, bakeries and franchise networks. Cheaper than your current supplier, or we match their price.

Wholesaler or custom supplier: not the same trade

A wholesaler sells its catalogue: you choose from what it holds in stock, and your packaging looks like the restaurant's across the street. A custom packaging supplier starts from your brand: it sources the factory able to produce your reference, has artwork approved, launches production with your logo and delivers to you. The first sells a product, the second manufactures yours.

How we work

Four steps, the same for a first order of 5,000 bags and for a network of fifty locations.

  1. 1

The brief. Tell us what you use today, in what quantities and at what price. We quote reference by reference.

  2. 2

Sourcing. We find the factory, in Europe, Turkey, Asia or Morocco depending on the product and the volume. The margin is made at purchase, not on your back.

  3. 3

The artwork. Our designers prepare the visual on the exact template of the product. Nothing goes to production without your written approval.

  4. 4

Production and delivery. We monitor manufacturing, we inspect and we deliver, with free shipping anywhere in Europe.

Minimums, lead times and pricing

The minimum order depends on the product and the number of colours, usually between 5,000 and 10,000 pieces. To test an identity without committing to a full run, custom stickers start at 100 pieces and can be ordered online.

The price of a custom package is built on four factors: the product, the quantity, the number of colours and the finish. The longer the run, the lower the unit price.

Lead time varies by product and factory. It is stated on the quote, which you receive within 24 hours.

If you run several locations

A network does not buy supplies like a single restaurant. We consolidate the volumes of all your locations, hold the stock in our warehouses and deliver each address on demand. One parcel delivered, one parcel invoiced, even customised. That is Pack On Demand.

FAQ

What is the difference between a wholesaler and a custom packaging supplier?

A wholesaler sells its catalogue from stock. A custom packaging supplier has your packaging produced under your brand, on the template of the product you choose, after artwork approval.

What is the minimum quantity to print your own packaging?

Between 5,000 and 10,000 pieces depending on the product and the number of colours. Custom stickers start at 100 pieces and let you brand standard packaging without committing to a full production.

How long between order and delivery?

Lead time depends on the product and the factory that makes it. It is stated on the quote, sent within 24 hours of receiving your brief.

Do I need to supply a print-ready file?

No. Our designers prepare the artwork on the exact product template from your logo. Nothing is printed before your approval.

Do you deliver outside France?

Yes, anywhere in Europe, and shipping costs are included in the quoted price.

How can I be sure to get the best price?

Send us your current prices, reference by reference. We quote against them and match if we cannot do better.
