Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales of customised products (labels, packaging and consumables) concluded between Zenet Capital LLC, operating the Publifood brand ("the Seller"), and its professional customers ("the Customer"). The shop is reserved for business customers.

2. Products

Labels, packaging and consumables printed from the artwork supplied by the Customer. Specifications (sizes, quantities, lead times) are shown on each product page.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euros. As the Seller is established outside the European Union, French VAT is not collected: it is reverse-charged by the taxable recipient, in accordance with the reverse-charge mechanism applicable to B2B transactions. The business Customer is responsible for its own VAT reporting obligations.

4. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed online: configuration (quantity, lead time), payment, then artwork submission. Payment is made securely by card via Stripe when the order is confirmed. The order becomes firm and final once payment is received.

5. Customisation and proof approval

The Customer supplies the artwork to be printed (logo, design) under their sole responsibility: they warrant that they hold the rights to that artwork and ensure its technical quality. The Seller prints exactly what the file contains and cannot be held liable for any error, spelling mistake or quality defect present in the file supplied by the Customer.

6. Lead times

Production starts once valid artwork is received. The lead times offered (Standard, Express, Overnight) are indicative, expressed in working days, and exclude shipping time.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer. Delivery is free across Europe. Any transport delays cannot engage the Seller's liability.

8. Right of withdrawal

As the products are made to order according to the Customer's specifications and the sale is between businesses, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

9. Claims

Any claim must be sent to contact@publifood.com as soon as possible after delivery. A claim relating to a printing defect attributable to the Seller may give rise to a reprint.

10. Governing law and disputes

The parties will endeavour to settle any dispute relating to these terms amicably. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
