Data collected
Identity (first and last name), contact details (email, phone), business name, order data, artwork files supplied for printing. Card payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by the Seller.
Purposes
Order processing and follow-up, invoicing, production and delivery, customer service, sending order-related emails.
Legal bases
Performance of the contract (order processing), legitimate interest (customer service), legal obligation (accounting retention).
Recipients
Strictly necessary providers: Stripe (payment), the site host, the email delivery provider, and the production and delivery providers. No data is sold to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
As the data controller and certain providers (notably Stripe and the host) are located in the United States, data transfers outside the EU may occur, framed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
Retention period
Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived in line with applicable legal retention periods (notably accounting).
